Empowering students to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible American citizens.
How It Works
SkillsUSA empowers its members to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible American citizens. We improve the quality of our nation’s future skilled workforce by developing SkillsUSA Framework skills that include personal, workplace, and technical skills grounded in academics. Our vision is to produce the most highly skilled workforce in the world, providing every member with the opportunity for career success.
Since 1965, SkillsUSA has been an integral part of career and technical education with an unwavering commitment to improving the quality of our nation’s skilled workforce. Whether you are interested in knowing more about SkillsUSA or thinking of starting or expanding a chapter, this SkillsUSA Membership Guide will provide all the information you need.
Winning a SkillsUSA state competition gold medal is like winning the Super Bowl. A national win is like going to the Olympics! Participating in SkillsUSA NH competition hones our trade skills, offers leadership opportunities, and helps differentiate ourselves from others by being career ready when leaving high school.
